AI inside an ERP that was already in production.
Kleio holds quotes, jobs, suppliers, stock and people in a single flow. Here is the part that concerns us: how we put models inside it without breaking what already worked.

AI inside the ERP
Kleio uses artificial intelligence to make daily work more efficient. It supports users on repetitive tasks, cutting the time spent on administration, and provides assisted writing and analysis: from drafting documents and messages through to reading and interpreting company data.
How we put the models in
04One set of data, and that is what makes the rest possible
Data is entered once and found wherever it is needed. AI over duplicated data confidently answers different things depending on where it looked.
The model prepares, the person confirms
Draft quotes, job summaries, the text of messages. Nothing is written to the database without a click from whoever answers for it.
Questions about the data, without a report
How the month went, which jobs are stuck, what is expiring. It is the use case users adopted first, by a long way.
A dedicated install where it is needed
For anyone who cannot sit in shared cloud, Kleio installs on the client's own infrastructure. In that case the model can stay inside too.
The product lives on kleio.cloud
Modules, pricing and demo requests are on its own site. If your ERP is a different one and you want AI inside that, it is exactly the work we do.
